Whenever in-house expertise is not available we hire services of experts from the local and nearby markets. We operate from Muscat and handle claims throughout the Sultanate. We have arrangements with Mechanical and civil engineers in Salalah for immediate attendance; follow up and survey of minor claims. Medium/Major claims and adjustment of claims handled at our main office in Muscat.

Our associates Miller International have regional offices in London, Caracas, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong. Dubai office employs one expert Loss Adjuster, who is a civil engineer and one mechanical engineer. They have extensive experience in handling large fire, contractors and Erection all risks, Loss of Profits and delay in start up claims. Their services can be made available at short notice.

We have contacts with Surveyors and Adjusters whose fields of expertise are Hull and Machinery surveying, Heavy lift monitoring, towage approval surveying, On/off hire condition surveying, vessel condition surveying, Draft and bunker surveying, structural and damage surveying.
