• Graduate with honours in Mechanical Engineering from Annamalai University, Madras.
• Chartered Engineer from Institution of Engineers (India)
• Post graduate diploma in Materials Management
• Associate of Insurance Institute of India and pursuing Fellowship

Experience
Selvakumar, has worked as utilities engineer handling operation and maintenance of Boilers, Turbines, Pumps, Evaporator Plants, Erection and Commissioning of LP and HP Steam Lines. He also has worked as Maintenance Executive for handling maintenance of Cold rolling mills, Slitters, Grinding machine, Packing, Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipments.

Selvakumar has handled Machinery Breakdown, Accidental damage to Machinery/Earth moving equipments, Cargo damage, Fire and allied perils, Contract works, Motor and Marine claims. He has handled several on board surveys, discharge supervision and heavy lift loading/unloading assignments successfully.
