Walter Mark Pereira

Walter, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner, is in overall charge of the operations. He started his career in Insurance industry during 1973 with The New India Assurance Co. Bombay, India. He worked as Manager of Prudential Assurance Company in Muscat until 1989. He started Survey and Loss Adjusting division of Muna Noor Incorporated LLC in the year 1990. In the year 2004 loss adjusting business of Muna Noor Incorporated was transferred to Prudent Loss Adjusters LLC

• Graduate in Business Studies from Mysore University
• Associate of Insurance Institute of India
• Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute – London
• Associate of Indian Institute of Surveyors and Loss Adjusters
• Member of International Institute of Loss Adjusters Inc., Illinois – U.S.A.
• Passed with distinction in final assessment test in P & I Insurance and Loss Prevention course conducted by North of England P & I Association/ South Tyneside College.

Experience
Walter, has extensive experience in all facets of Insurance, damage surveys and claims handling in Oman having worked here since 1976. He has handled large and complex Insurance claims in Fire and allied perils, Marine, Money, Fidelity Guarantee, Public Liability, Contract and Erection works and Consequential Loss. He has handled on board cargo surveys and Cargo Discharge Supervision.
